UPS install for the Tcam server at EYA

With Hiroshi Takaba

We installed a UPS for the Tcam server at EYA.
We removed one which was broken before and installed a new one today.

After the installation, we confirmed:
- the rebooter for the Tcam server
- taking a picture with the Tcam server.
