Offload of F0 GAS

I offloaded the F0 GAS with the FR.

After offloading the F0 GAS, the GAS filter began oscillating at around 4Hz. I added a filter "-6dB" as FM4 in "K1 ETMY GAS DAMP FILTERS" and applied it. The oscillation was settled.
