First, I measured the spectrum with excitation.

Fig.1. - Fig.3. showed the OLTF for each filters.
L1 : Using FM4 filter
L2 : Using FM1 filter
L3 : Using FM1 filter
Since, we cannot find the good filter for L5, I turned off for the 300K case.
We will check the long stability without L5 filter.
