We turned on Y-arm water pumps (Y1000 at 11:00 and Y2300 No.2 at 11:15).
Now all three water pumps are working (Y2300 No.1, 2, and Y1000 ).
There was some flooding from Y1600 to Y2300 in the morning, but by around noon, it was fine.
The room temperature in the Y-end may be lower because the water from pump No.2 goes through the Y-end.
From April 2nd, the Y-end water (flow rate, velocity, and level) shows 0.

We went to check the water fluid meter.
Any troubles (e.g., the sensor and/or jigs are broken and washed away) were not found.
So this strange value may come from the too-fast flow.
Because the temp in the EYC area decreased by ~1.6 C degrees despite heater operation with 1.2kW, I increased the heater power by 1.5kW around 15:30.
The readout of the water fluid has recovered.
