Task:
Opened gate valve between IXV and #29 vacuum pomp set at 14:39 on 01/Apr./2022.
The pressure changes before and after opening the valves between IXV and #29 vacuum pomp set are shown below.
Before:
The pomp side:1.8 x 10^-6 Pa
After:
The pomp side:7.2 x 10^-6 Pa
Now, IXV is evacuated by the #29 vacuum pomp set.
Please confirm attached photos.
Because I found the temp enhancement at IXV by 0.4C, I reduced the heating power of the delongi heater from level 5 to 3 around 11am on April 3rd.
