I measured the laser power at several points on the AS table.

The interferometer was locked in a birght MICH state, so that we have a lot of power at the AS.

There is a HWP + PBS at the entrance of the AS table to attenuate the power. I measured the power reflected by the PBS (going to a beam dump) and transmitted (going to the PDs and QPDs).

Power going to the beam dump: 26mW

Power going to the PDs/QPDs: 13mW

This means, by rotating the PBS, we have a room to increase the power by a factor of 3.

I also checked the power on the PDs/QPDs in this state.

PDA1: 3.5mW

PDA2: cannot put the power meter due to the small space

QPDA1: 2.9mW

QPDA2: 1.5mW
