IFO works on the noisy ground

== Arm cavities ==

- IFO got back to the situation before the ITMY got tripped. In these two weeks, many things happened and it was so tough to recover everything. We need to fix an SDF ASAP.
 * ALS-CARM could be locked.
 * ALS-DARM could be locked, but the RMS was ~80 Hz due to the 0.15 Hz seismic motion.
 * GRY TRANS is about 90 % of the highest value.
- I could not lock the ALS-DARM due to L2Y coupling. When I engage the DARM servo, the suspension got crazy in yaw direction at 0.15-ish Hz. That might be due to the too large seismic motion.

== MICH ==

- The Michelson fringe was so crazy due to the seismic motion. I could see 24 fringes in 5 sec!
- The contrast of the Michelson is bad as 83 %. It indicates that the reflectivity of the ITMX is worse than ITMY by 83 %. Mmm...sad
 

== Suspensions ==

- The seismic motion is larger by a factor of 10 in RMS. Mmm...no
-I put resg filter for PR3, ITMX oplev loop, and it seems works fine. I guess we need a length damping loop for 0.15 Hz during Obon holidays.
