We have installed the Black Tube for AS Port (JGW-D1910037) to test the assembly.
Assembly was done successfully (see attached photos).
The tube is now taken out and stored at -X, -Y side of OMC chamber to clear the path between OMC chamber and AS table.
Parts to support the tube are fixed to nominal positions.
During the assembly, holder for DCPD1 (see AS optical table layout in JGW-T1909817), which seemed to be fixed at a temporary position, was removed.
Next
- Put some rubber sheets to the parts to support the tube
- Find one M10 nut (one missing to fix the Bar2 from top)
- Update AS optical layout to include AS tube and its supports
I attached some rubber sheets between the metal parts so that they don't slip (see attached photo).
Nitrile rubber sheets with sticky tape were used (RBTMA0.5-40 and other thickness, from Misumi).
