Comment to Cavity scan of Y arm cavity using the ALS system (9497)

== Results of the analysis ==

From the cavity scan performed last night, the following properies of Y arm and the injection beam.

L = 3000.015(1) [m] <=> FSR = 49.96517(2) [kHz]
TMS = 34.82(5) [kHz]
ζGouy = 4.379(5) [rad] = 250.9(3) [deg]

Mode Match = 87(2) %  (from the power ratio of the 0 th order mode and 2nd order mode)
Modulation index of f1 @MIF = 0.22(2)
Modulation index of f2 @MIF = 0.23(2)

= Concern =
The distance between the lower sideband of f1 and 1st order HOM is only 180 Hz, indicating that the 1st order HOM of the f1 sideband is very close to the carrier resonance.
We might need slightly change the modulation frequency, compromising the RAM after the IMC. 
(The current modulation frequency: klog 9073)

= Plots =
I did the same thing as reported in 7332.
The following plots show fitting results of the cavity scan with mode identification, and the fitting for the transverse mode spacing.
The error for TMS is evaluated from the systematic error in the bottom plot showing the residual.
