I made the following change to spare common mode servos:
- Default type (for IMC)
C261: 470pF --> 100pF. 100kHz LPF at the last stage was modified to 500kHz LPF
- Gr PDH type (for ALS green lock)
C261: 470pF --> 100pF. 100kHz LPF at the last stage was modified to 500kHz LPF
- Summing node (for ALS CARM)
R68: 120kOhm --> 12kOhm. Overall gain of the CARM pole simulator was increased by 20dB.
I did not updated the related S-number document yet since I forgot to record S-numbers, so I MUST do it tomorrow.
