I calibrated IMMT1 TRANS QPD. Now the medm screen of IMMT1 trans shows calibrated values in a unit of um (see the attached figure). For this kind of use of QPD (in which displacement rather than angle is measured), I made another medm screen whose default unit is um.

The calibration factors have already been applied. Snapshot file for IMMT1 trans is /opt/rtcds/userapps/release/lsc/k1/burtfiles/immt_safe.snap.

How I calibrated:

just moved the stage that supports the QPD and got linear relations between QPD signals and values the micrometer showed. The data is attached.
