With Kokeyama-san

Today we update the configuration at IMC Trans table and move the sensor to the good postion.The current IMC REFL Table Layout is shown in attached picture and update to JGW Doc.
Today we put QPD1  0.25m away from the Lens 2 (the Gouy Phase is -34.35deg, beam size is 492um)and put QPD2  1.3m away from Lens 2(the Gouy Phase is 55.81deg, beam size is 722um).The totle phase difference is 90.16 deg

During we put the potics at IMC TRANS table, we found the 2 mirror on periscope was not tighten very well and the mirror mount was strange, this proble seems exist for several years.we changed one 2 inch mirror mount of periscope and fixed another.
