Report of the work on Feb 9.

While the SR team was fixing the coils positioning, Michimura-kun and
Enomoto-kun tried to install a temporary QPD driver. Nakashima-kun and
I measured the response of the PZT driver using analog devices to find
the delay to be ca 200 us. Note that this is just about the circuit
and does not include the piezo.

The beam came in to the OMC area in the afternoon. We found that the
beam reflected by the first TFP of the OFI is visible by a sensor
card. We then installed a KG5 to treat the ghost beam.

Enomoto-kun aligned the SRMs to see a resonance of the OMC and it
was the end of the day.
