RF reference source for VCO for ALS PDHX was replaced from AEL's Agilent 33250A to Enomoto-kun's Keysight 33612A.
The setting is as follows:
Frequency: 70.35 MHz
Amplitude: 3.0 Vpp
Offset: 0 V
[Yokogawa, Sugimoto, Enomoto]
This RF generator has been swapped by a newly-arrived RF generator, which we believe is more stable.
