Picomotor driver installation (Note)

Ongoing:
- LAN-HUB was installed at XV/IYV; for each ITM, we will use just one 50m LAN cable between the real time machine's rack and the circuit rack, and then the HUB is connected to each motor cable.
- Pico motor drivers are installed into IXV and IYV.
- IP address should be configured as 10.68.150.18 for ITMX-picomotor, but then the IP is not found now.. working check will be done tomorrow.
- links to 'HAPPY_PICO_CONTROL.adl' for ITMX/Y are added into 'HAPPY_PICO_MASTER.adl' (ref)

It was found that the IP address after the setting was 10.68.150.0 instead of the desired: 10.68.150.18. Then I tried to change this IP number though I could not change the final 2 digits via web connection for some reason. This setting might have to be done with cable connection and with a Windows application. Its details will be updated soon

-
subnet mask: 255.255.0.0

-IP address for ITMX: 10.68.150.18

-IP address for ITMX: 10.68.150.19

Working check will be done soon.
