Based on JGW-G1808482, I modified some circuit componets of S1605813 to change pole/zero frequencies, to be used for PDH lock servo of green lock.
Here is the list of changes:
C118: 100n --> 1000n
C119: 100n --> 1000n
R70: 1.2K --> 12K
R72: 1.5K --> 15K
R77: 82 --> 165
R78: 82 --> 165
Thanks to this modification, currently the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd boosts are 10Hz/1kHz pole/zero, 100Hz/1kHz pole/zero, and 300Hz/4.5kHz pole/zero, respectively.
Pole/zero frequency of common compenstion filter is 40Hz/400Hz.
I confirmed they are working properly, by plugging the slow output into IN1 to close the loop in order to avoid the saturation since 1st boost would otherwise saturate the circuit.
