We fixed the X-end cryocooler issue.

This Wednesday, Tomaru-san was not able to start to cooling at X-end, since compressors for cryocooler didn’t start.

So, today we checked these compressors (Fig.1).

the issue of the left side one of Fig.1 was operation miss.

This type have other control box, so we had to use it.

the issue of the right side one of Fig.2 was the interlock system problem.

Kimura-san said that there is a probably that the interlock is disconnection somewhere.
This time, since nobody didn't get a grasp of the interlock, Kimura-san did short circuit to avoid the interlock system (Fig.2, changing No.2 to No.1).

Then we started cooling down from AM9:30.
