Print this reportPMC signals calibrated in Hz (both control and error signals)I calibrated all PMC signal. Everything is based on the PZT calibration of 167V/FSR, and 154MHz FSR (see klog 5379).
First, in the front-end time-domain the following calibrations scheme was chosen:
K1:PSL-PMC_PZT_HV_MON_OUT_DQ is calibrated in V at the PMC PZT, i.e. includes a pole at 37Hz to account for the passive output filter.
K1:PSL-PMC_FAST_MON_OUT_DQ is calibrated in Hz as actuation channel.
K1:PSL-PMC_FAST_OUT1_OUT_DQ is calibrated in Volts at the sensing point.
K1:PSL-PMC_PZT_SLOW_OUT_DQ is in DAC counts, as it is directly the control channel for the slow loop.
K1:PSL-PMC_SLOW_MON_OUT_DQ is calibrated in Volts at the sensing point.
K1:PSL-PMC_MIXER_MON_OUT_DQ is calibrated in Volts at the sensing point.
Second, I made a dtt (diaggui) template that expects this front-end calibration scheme and can cast all channels into...
a) ... "Hz": All channels are calibrated as CONTROL channels using the actuation function (see below), EXCEPT K1:PSL-PMC_MIXER_MON_OUT_DQ, which is calibrated as error signal using the sensing function (450.4kHz/V).
b) ... in "V on PZT": using the actuation function (see below), and - for the K1:PSL-PMC_MIXER_MON_OUT_DQ - the nominal board gain (fixed gain * 10dB Common Gain * 10dBFast Gain = 32.7dB) plus the actuation function.
c) ... in "V" at the corresponding sensing point.
The actuation function, referenced at the FAST excitation point, is given by (see klog 5379)
DC gain: Pomona Box voltage divider at HV input (0.499V/V) * HV amplifier gain (32.88V/V) * PZT gain (922kHz/V) = 15.1MHz/V
Poles: 8.40Hz (Pomona Box at HV input), 37.0Hz (passive pole at HV output), 7008Hz (Pomona Box at HV input)
Zeros: 40.8Hz (Pomona Box at HV input)
