[Hasegawa, Tomaru, Takahashi(NAOJ), Sato, Shimizu, Miyamoto]
Takahashi-san's team checked F0 filter, and they confirmed that F0-filter did not touch anywhere.
However they found that F0-LVDT coil broke, and it was not easy to fix broken coil witin couple of days, so we dicided to keep it as it is.

Attached files are transfer function and power spectrum of ETMX suspension which measured to check the condition of suspension after the above work.
According to these graph, we thought that suspension status is fine so far.

Therefore we started closing ETMX chamber.
