[Takahashi, Sato, Shimizu + Tomaru]

Status:
- The horizontal primary coil of BF damper was touching the secondary coil. The BF was rotated to the CCW in yaw.
- The height of keystone in the TF was not changed (5.5mm).
- The F1 damper was touching the Cu plate.

Adjustment:
- The height of F1 damper was increased by 6mm.
- The yaw position of BF damper was adjusted by the yaw screw in the TF.
- The cryo-payload was aligned by the yaw picomotor in the BF.
