To check the consistency of the optical gain of MICH error signal, we measured transimpedance gain of RFPD (for f1).
We measured the gain of an RFPD same as installed on REFL table but with different S Number (S_No. 008).
See the attached files for the results. ~ 290 ohm around the peak.
