I updated the BS state space model which is in the Dropbox directory.

I found the EUL2COIL matrix factors were also missing in my calculation. It should solve the problem of mismatch on TM stage.

Please try to see whether it matches with the interferometer measurement.

I think it is a good way to compare the TFs from IMY to IMY and IMY to TMY at lower frequencies to see whether OSEM and Oplev calibration are consistent.
