We re-measured the TM and IM responses of the BS tonight with the MICH loop closed.
They are now calibrated in to [m/cnts] using the estimated optical gain of 5e-10 m/cnts (4795). Comparing the data against those of the day before yesterday (4776), the IM response was found to be greater today as a consequence of disabling the low-pass filter in the coil driver. In other words, the measurement the other day contained the unintentional low pass consisting of a pole at 1 Hz and zero at 10 Hz. The measurement today should be with the flat response in the coil driver instead.
The second attachment is the calibrated actuator responses in ASCII format.
