ETMY alignment, one day after pumping down using oplev

This mornign after puping down yesterday, SUM of oplev of TM of ETMY was reduced to around 5000. I move Payload Yaw picomotor to REV by 300steps x 38times by looking the SUM and each segment of QPD. Between 37 times to 38 times, Yaw moved from +180 to -180, I mean full rage of Yaw.

Pitch did not move mush, and SUM of Marionet oplev was back from severalhundreds to 27000.

Then I needed 300 steps x 27 times to have yaw to be in the linear range by hysterisis. I think some long term watching will be needed.

SUM of Marionet Oplev was reduce to several hundreds again.

Everything looks the same as yesterday.

13:20-13:24 300steps x 8 to REV were added to center yaw.

This morniing, I added 300 steps x 9 FWD to center ETMY TM oplev.

Yesterday, I looked at several jumps in the dayitme , but no jump was found after evening to this morning.

Still a lot of excitation can been seen. They are roughly once per 10 minutes.

I hear the current pressure is already 1e-4Pa. It is not easy to think that excitations happen due to the pumping down in such a high vacuum.

Hitting somewhere?

Picomotor diriver did not respond for ping. I unplugged the power cable at the bottom of bottom tap in the ETMY rack, and pulgged again.

Now it is responding for ping again.
