Status of the SUM of the ETMY MN oplev light source

TRA 50 -> 20 after recovered the blackout
TILT 240 -> 90 after recovered the blackout
VER 120 didn't change

Dan Chen-san commented me he operated with 1 mW output, but as shown in https://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=37529,
The output value was not 1 mW, but more than 2 mW in current situation, that may cause decreasing of light source power, I will change it when I will go to the ETMY

I requested the PAY_FLOAT state to ETMY.
I changed the tilt/len oplev light source from 1.0 mW to 2.81 mW, rol/tra oplev light source from 1.0 mW to 2.79 mW.
Then, the SUM values of QPD recovered before the blackout.
I requested the LOCK ACQUISITION state and succeeded, but ETMY ROL was not center (seg1,2,3,4) = (1,1,26,21)
