Vacuum pressure at X_30 reached 1E-3Pa at 2:38, 20 August, 2026 and GV_etmx was closed by the interlock system. After closing the GV, vacuum pressure level was recovered. Since the current temperature of the EX duct shields are more than 180 K, water evaporation seems to be completed.
We think that we can open the GV again.
