In -Y direction at the PR2 chamber, we replaced a K400 seal flange with a K400-ICF152 seal flange, through which POP/GreenX will come out and in, respectively.

The K400-ICF152 seal flange is Mirapro VQ9850, which is equivalent to Mirapro VN7880-A; the type number (or drawing number) was changed (or renewed?) for some reasons. KAGRA bought two VQ9850 so far, and the remaining one is stocked at the "+X" side of the MCE chamber now.
