Gain tuning of MICH2DARM FF were performed.

We measured MICH2DARM coupling with several FF gain to tune the MICH2DARM FF gain.
MICH FF performance seems better when MICH FF gain is 1.08, so I implemented the gain of 1.08 at FM10 of LSC_MICHFF1 filter bank. For clarity, multiple gains that were previously applied separately have been consolidated into a single value.
Figure1 shows Transfer function MICH2toDARM with several FF gain, and Figure2 and 3 show the filters before and after the update, respectively.

We didn’t optimized other FF gain like MICH2PRCL or PRCL2DARM. Since DARM sensitivity didn’t worsen when turning off those FF, just tuning MICH2DARM FF gain seems sufficient.
