Xarm flash suddenly disappeared

After a failure of lock acquisition at 12:35 UTC on December 10, both the green and IR flashes at the X arm suddenly disappeared.
I identified the cause as EX, because the Y-arm flashes were healthy and the MICH interference also appeared normal, indicating that EY, IY, and IX had no issues.

My current understanding is that the EX suspension may be touching something, particularly in the yaw direction.
The EX yaw response to changes in the optic alignment value is very slow or otherwise abnormal.
When I set a smaller value (e.g., 20) for the EX yaw optic alignment while the recorded value was approximately 50, EX moved as if it were coming off a constraint, and I could observe flashes at certain points.
When I restored the recorded value, I sometimes observed continuous flashing (but the flashing disappered soon) and sometimes did not (Fig. 1).

Further investigation is required.
This issue can be compensated by tuning of the upper stage of the suspension.

I noticed that the TM oplev SUM value was almost zero in this morning.
I checked the trend, the value of TM oplev SUM gradually decreased in current two days.

So, we need to check the oplev viewport.

[Dan, Yokozawa]

By tweaking the ETMX by MN optic align with DAMPED state, we found that the
MN optic align P : 180
MN optic align Y : -85
We can find the flash.
Also, from the site of the PCal, ETMX alignment seemed healthy.

But the TM oplev SUM was stil ~10, so I could confirm something happened in ETMX TM oplev (decreasing light power and/or flosting the viewport and so on)

We also checked the TM oplev SUM for all Type-A suspensions.

ITMX and ETMY : decreased gradually. (ETMY accelerate?)
ITMY : increased, why???

We also check the MN oplev SUMs in current one day.

TILT(LEN) and ROL(TRA) oplev SUM : decreased.
VER : increased : it also unknown.

Graph of TM oplev sum and 8K shield temp.

When the sum value went down, the 8K shield temperature was 44K.
When the sum value went down quickly, the 8K shield temperature was 62K.

[Kimura, Uchiyama]

I am attaching five Q-mass data plots (BS, IXC, EXC, IYC and EYC).
Except for BS, the partial pressure of water has increased in EXC, IYC, and EYC.
In IXC, the partial pressure of water initially increased but has now shifted to a decreasing trend.
