1. Changed the target PSL HWP during increasing las power
Originally, we set the target value to 191, but 183 is the maximum in current situation(Fig.1.), I changed the target value.
2. Generate the PRFPMI_RF_LOCKED_15W state
Since there are possibility to stop the guardian state at the PRFPMI RF LOCKED with higher power, I set the new guardian state PRFPMI_RF_LOCKED_15W.
For this setting, I changed the ID around increasing las power(Fig.2.)
