Compared from yesterday, we cannot see the lock loss due to the ETMX kick.

PRCL control signal became strange.

We checked more carefully about those locked losss
Fig.1. showed the PRCL LSC related channels, obviously, the signal saturation detected in POP RF45 I,Q (RFPD signal for the PRCL 1f lock)
We don't know the origin of this glitch, it happened several times (Other time in Fig.2. and Fig.3.)
