I made a PA-85 x 20 amp, 1kHz HPF for the EOM drive. The phase delay at 100kHz is 5 degrees.

The bipolor soft start tracking regulator (DP-1001) should be used. It can set current limit. If it hit the limitation, the out put will be set zero.

After turning on, the display shows ~ 15V if the dial is set at zero. After checking no red alarm light in the overload indicator, increase the voltage by rotating the dial. The max is 200V, and it will be used for PA85. If the alarm light is on during increasing the voltage, please go back to 15V and check the circuit.
