Because of this issue, MEDM screens, various measurement templates in /opt/rtcds hadn't been available on workstations. This means almost all commissioning works, and shift works cannot be done. So we decided to reboot k1boot soon. Power cycle was done via BMC web interface and k1boot came back online without any additional troubles. Access to /opt from essential servers has been also restored. So it's now running fine.
By the way, daqd process seemed to stop during this issue. So some lack of frames exists.
