To desorb the front on the mirror surface and recover the optical gain of IFO, we started to warm up ETMX and ETMY.

Before starting to warm up, we measured the finesse of XARM and YARM.
Followings are the summary of the values.
XARM: 1367 (klog34924)
YARM: 1249 (klog34925)

Then, heater current was increased and it is now 0.15A and 0.1A for ETMX and ETMY, respectively (klog34926, klog34927).
