I might misunderstand the IR image.

Fig.1 is the original image whose GR images were focused. On the other hand, I changed the focus nearer, then image became as in Fig.2. You can find the IR image was shrunk. Finally, I found another focus with which the IR image became a spot, as in Fig.3.

So, the IR image in Fig.1 could be just the unfocused image of IR, maybe on the PR2. Of course, the GR image is too strong compared with IR. I can investigate this story when the IFO transferred from 1W to 10W operation.
