As you can see, the 45 Hz oscillation started 1s before the locked loss and OMC DCPD saturated.

After starting the lock, the 53.75 Hz oscillation stated and with the 20 min, OMC DCPD saturated.
Fig.3. showed the spectrum.
But, I cannot identify the reason of those oscillation.
