Segment information is now provided as one XML file per DQ flag per day. This format has been used since O3GK. On the other hand, a format containing multiple DQ flags per more shorter duration is used in LIGO. Because of this difference in the file format, we need a conversion script from KAGRA's format to LIGO's format in order to upload segment information to DQSEGDB and that script is being run on CIT.

For improving the compatibility of the segment information among LVK, I started to test a new script to serve segment files which is compatible with DQSEGDB on k1det1. A new script is /users/DET/tools/Segment-dev/Script/makeSegmentDict.py and it's now providing segment files in k1det1:test/yamat-segments/$(upper 5 digit of GPS)/K-K1_SEG-$(GPS)-800.xml. This script will be run on k1det1 for a while for checking timing compatibility with a cadence of gwf production by DAQ and of cache file production.
