The glitch from 70 to 80 Hz has many coincidence with LSC-REFL_PDA3_RF45_Q_ERR.
The glitch around 40Hz had coincidence mainly with LSC-AS_PDA1_RF17_Q_ERR.
DSOFT uses TMSX QPD as the control signal. On the other hand, CSOFT uses TMSY QPD as the control signal. I performed Q-transforms on these channels.
When the GPS time was 1434067277, TMSY QPD and CSOFT had a similar glitching shape(fig.1, 2). However, the cause of the glitch recorded in the QPD is not known. Further investigation is necessary.
