Using the measurements after the Coil Driver switch (klog#34246), calibration parameters was estimated (note: not implemented in the reconstruction pipeline). It was confirmed that there were no significant changes in the parameters. The stability of H_etmxtm is likely due to the actuator balancing (klog#34245).

Estimated parameters are as follows.
 H_etmxtm = 3.843127e-14 @10Hz ( -1.28% from previous results)
 H_etmxim = 1.537454e-14@10Hz   ( -0.95% from previous results)
 Optical_gain = 2.1269780e12         ( -1.5% from previous results)
 Cavity_pole = 18.0158182 Hz         ( 0.2% from previous results)

Previous result: klog#34088

As of yesterday, the fitting was not working correctly, so calibration parameters were not determined.
The state remained in the "calib not ready" (klog#34252).
After investigation, it was found that the issue was due to performing fitting without unwrapping the phase.

A partial modification was made to the fitting script, and the script was verified using previous data (from 6/13 17:07).
The parameter variations were within the range of 0.072% to 0.024%, confirming that there are no issues with the script.
