Swapping ETMX coil driver to low power one during lock acquisition.

Abstract:

I modified the LSC_LOCK guardian so that swpping ETMX coil driver from high power to low power after locking PRFPMI.
Lock acquisition was successfull, so calibration with new coil driver is now proceeding.

Detail:

To swap the ETMX coild driver during lock acquisition, I modified the LOW_NOISING_ETM state of LSC_LOCK guardian as shown in fig1.
The part of self.counter == 2 and self.counter == 3 was added (and following counter was increased).
In addition, the DOWN state of LSC_LOCK guardian was modified as shown in fig2 so that lock acquisition is proceeded with high power coil driver.

After these modification, I tested lock acquisition and confirmed that IFO can reach OBSERVATION state with low power coil driver.
Since the channel of K1:VIS-ETMX_TM_MASTER_LPHP_SW_REQUEST was changed due to this modification, SDF should be accepted at OBSERVATION state.

Since the DOWN state of LSC_LOCK guardian shown in the original post doesn't work well, I modified it.
The main problem is that we need to wait until the COILOUTF is completely zero for swiching back to the LPCD to HPCD.
So, I added function to check the value of K1:VIS-ETMX_TM_LOCK_{L,P,Y}_INMON and clear the history of K1:VIS-ETMX_TM_LOCK_{L,P,Y} filters.

Figure 1 shows the final DOWN state of LSC_LOCK guardian after the work.
