As discussed in klog34124, there were several glitches which were caused by the SUM jump of the ETMY MN TILT oplev.
It is already known that when we changed the target temperature, the rate would be reduced (or mitigated)
First, we set the target temperature of the
K1:CRY-EYC_TEMPERATURE_LASER1_SV
from 22.2 deg. to 22.6 deg.
With waiting one hours, one large jump happened around 22.3 deg, and after that(also before that), the SUM value was very stable(Fig.1.).
After discussing with Ushiba-san, we changed the target temperature from 22.6 to 22.5 deg. .
We will continuously check the stability, but we would like to stop the temperature adjusting work and back to silent run.
Fig.2. showed the all results during the temperature adjustment.
