Saturated channels during IFO lock

Following channels are stably saturated during IFO lock.
Please check them by each subsystem expert.

SR3 GAS seems not to be saturated on 2kHz model but it's actually saturated on 65kHz model because of the effect of digital AI filter.
Figure 1 shows the COILOUTF at 2kHz TP (orange) and at 65kHz TP (blue).
