1. Turned off the PEM injection instruments
We turned off the following PEM injection instruments
Speaker amplifier near the OMC
Large shaker around OMC floor
mini shaker amplifier near the OMC
Speaker amplifier near the PR3 chamber
Speaker amplifier at the MCF0 rack
Speaker amplifier at the IY0 rack
mini shaker amplifier near the IFI
Portable speaker amplifier near the IY0 rack
Power amplifier for the magnetic injection
Remaining work for the PRM injection instruments are followings;
Speaker amplifier near the EX0 rack
Speaker amplifier near the EY0 rack
2. Check the responsibility of each PEM monitors.
We checked the response of all permanent PEMs at the center area.
During this measurement, I noticed several things;
- ACC at ISS table was not connected, we need to check it next maintenance day
- Booth ACC and MIC at IXC was swapped, I fixed it
- Booth ACC at IYC was not connected, I re-connected it.
Remaing work are followings;
Response check at the Xend
Response check at the Yend
Response check at the PSL room
Check the status of the TMSX, TMSY PEMs
3. Taking photos for several PEMs
For the PEM map generation, we took photos for several PEMs (newly installed or moved)
Most PEM pictures inside for the optical table didn't be taken, so it would be performed tomorrow.
This is continuous work from yesterday.
1. Check the PEMs in PSL room.
2. Check the PEMs in the optical table
- We installed the ACC into the TMSY optical table (Fig.1.)
- We set the ACC with Y direction, but channel name was ***_Z_OUT_DQ.
- We put the TMSY MIC outside of the wind shield, inside the TMSY clean booth, that was same position in the long time.
3. Take the necessary PEM photos
4. Check the PEMs Xend and Yend
5. Turned off the amplifier of Xend and Yend
6. We changed the microphone at the IMC booth, Washimi-san will report it
Remaining issue :
TMSY ACC channel name
I cannot touch the ISS ACC this time, is it possible to do it next Friday?
Calibration, filter bank check for all PEMs
Plots for after today's PEM maintenance.
Missed settings in MEDM (calibration factors, amplification gains, wrong filters, etc.) are fixed.
some notes
- ACCs at EY-Tx, EY-Rx, TMSX, and TMSY have large floor noise around 10 Hz. Maybe it is due to FFUs blowing these tables.
- We confirmed that these ACCs are surely measuring vibration at higher frequencies.
- ISS ACC is not connected to its cable.
- PSL microphones are B&K 4188-A-021, and they might have some high-pass filters in themselves.
