We engaged 2-stage dewhitening filter for BS GAS and IP.
During the work, we found several issues on VIS models and hardware wiring.
Followings are the summary of the problems.
1. BS model and SRs model was not unified:
In the BS model, GAS and IP BIOs are assigned to H32 and L32, respectively (fig1).
On the other hands, in the SRs models, GAS and IP BIOs are assigned to L32 and H32, respectively (fig2), which is swapped from BS.
2. Hardware wiring difference:
In the case of BS and SR2, GAS and IP cables are connected to L32 and H32, respectively, which is different from BS model.
In the case of SRM and SR3, GAS and IP cables are connected to H32 and L32, respectively, which is different from SRs model.
So, only SR2 BIO cables are consistent with its model.
3. F0 GAS actuator connection:
In the case of Type-A suspensions, F0 GAS actuator uses the same coil driver with IP because there are 5 GAS filters in Type-A and one CD can operate 4 actuators.
On the other hands, Type-B has only 3 GAS filters, so all GAS filter actuators are connected to the same CD.
However, F0 anti-dewhitening filter switching was done by IP dewhitening filter signals (fig3), so when we turned on dewhitening filter of IP stage, F0 anti-dewhitening filter is turned on even though F0 GAS dewhitening filter is not turned on.
So, only the same stage of dewhitening filters for GAS and IP stage works for Type-B suspensions.
Real time model and hardware wiring should be updated on the next maintainance day.
