We installed an automatic closing device on the IFI large gate valve.
The vacuum gauge and GV controller are not yet connected.
Connection and operation test will be done separately.

We connected two vacuum gauges and a GV controller to the auto-closure device and tested its operation.
The test went well.
The IFI and MCF vacuum gauges are now connected to the vacuum IOC.
Setting the operating threshold and starting the monitoring will be done separately.

We set a threshold on the IFI gate valve auto-closure device and began monitoring.
The vacuum gauge threshold was set at 5.4e-5[Pa].
