Lock trial 250209

Large earthquake happened around 9:00.
Several suspensions stayed the isolated state.
I backed to the lock acquisition state

PLLY locked with adjusting the temperature bias.
Then, I tried to perform the initial alignment, but PRMI cannot be locked by guardian.

I discussed with Yokozawa-san and found that the IFO REFL HWP angle didn't seem good for PRMI lock.
It was 178 degrees but the current good HWP angle for PRMI is 164 degrees (klog32467).
So, probably it is the reason why PRMI cpild not be locked on Sunday.
