Since PRMI 3F lock often fails in these days, I checked the probability of PRMI 3F lock.
Figure 1 shows the vertex guardian STATE_N.
Since PRCL gain might improve the stability in klog32517, I changed LSC INMTRX value (0.3, 1, an 3) and see what happened.

In the case of INMTRX of 0.3, 8 success out of 23 trial, which is about 34.8%.
In the case of INMTRX of 1, 9 success out of 24 trial, which is about 37.5%.
In the case of INMTRX of 3, 6 success out of 17 trial, which is about 35.3%.
So, no significant difference can be observed.

I revered INMTRX to the default value (1) in the VERTEX guardian.
