Along with this, several run summary processes that were running for the O4b period, including the lockloss summary, were restarted as ones for the O4c period.

The lockloss at 2025-01-29 02:42:55.062500 JST was intentionally caused to check the operation of the new processes.
No problems seem to have occurred on the new processes at the moment.
