We completed the cabling both the inside and the outside.
The all sensor signals are online.

We tried to remove the spacers below the optical bench. However, it is impossible because the screws are too long to come out because of the poor access due to the inner frame.
Still, we could remove some sims and we could lower the spacer's height by about 5 mm.
Now the optical bench is suspended freely. But the distance from the top surface of the optical table is about 390 mm, which is less than the design by 10 mm.

Also, we noticed that some screws do not have vent holes while they are necessary. We have to change them later.

Anyway, we removed the first contact on the AR surface from the suspension, and released the suspension except for the SF GAS, which cannot be released because of the clean bag covering the top chamber.
