That may come from the oplev position

Similarly with klog31837, there are several excess in ~100 mHz region

The peak frequency around 0.3 Hz was changed from last measurement
Ushiba-san mentioned the drift of the temperature may affect the peak frequency, so I checked and temperature around PR2 BOOTH changed from 24.6 deg to 22.6 deg (About 2 deg. change)
- IM V1->V1, V2->V2, V3->V3
The amplitude of the V{1,2,3} -> V{1,2,3} in IM changed.

After replacing the function generator for the LVDT driver, the health check was performed. The measured TFs were almost the same as the last measurement.
I checked the TF measurement results for the health check (fig1 - fig33).
All TF seems healthy.
Athough resonant frequency of SF GAS TF measurement was shifted from the reference, this can be already seen in the previous health check results.
So, this result may not be so problematic
